I woke up this morning with a sharp, focused mind again. I’m thoroughly convinced that this is the new normal, caused by my change in diet. Keto has to be it, as nothing else has changed. I still workout 3 times a week, go running 2 times a week, and sleep about the same each night. The only major change has been keto, and it’s only day 7. Incredible.
Today, I didn’t have any coffee at all. Didn’t need it.
You know that movie Limitless? Yeah, that’s exactly how I feel.

Tonight’s dinner was left over Korean BBQ from yesterday. I’m stuffed, but feel great.
Yesterday, I forgot to mention that I bought some celery and natural peanut butter (with no added sugar, of course). Dessert was a few celery sticks and plenty of peanut butter. I’ve been without sugar for awhile now, so I feel my taste buds have become more sensitive to natural sugars. I swear I can taste a slight sweetness coming from the peanuts in the peanut butter, even though I know that there is no sugar in it whatsoever.
