The following book was in the goldilocks zone for me. Not too deep and not too superficial in helping me understand what was happening to my body. The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance” by Jeff S. Volek and Stephen D. Phinney.
I plan on following up and reading Jeff and Stephens book The Art and Science of low carbohydrate living which was highly recommended to me.
