Tam’s 25-Day Keto Journey – Day 1

I have been on a similar diet before, so I felt that starting this wouldn’t be that bad. I was mostly right. Having prepared food supplied by the company I work at is both a blessing and a curse. It’s good because we have Keto-friendly options available for all meals of the day, like eggs and bacon for breakfast, tuna or egg salad, steamed broccoli and fresh avocado for lunch and dinner, along with some proteins and veggies from the hot food menu. Sometimes the menu tempts me to the dark side with delicious-looking fried carbs. Those days will make it hard. Still, I will persevere.
