Tam’s 25-Day Keto Journey – Day 17

Most of my day today was pretty normal, but I went for a walk/hike with a friend after work at the nearby Stanford Dish trail. I like this trail a lot. It’s paved, nearby, and not too crowded. This trail is relatively easy, but does have a steep incline or two. It gets the blood pumping for sure. If anyone tries this trail, go with a buddy. There are signs that warn people with what to do if they encounter a mountain lion! Everyone once in awhile they’re spotted on or near the trail.
I’ve been careful about working out while on Keto, as I don’t yet know my body’s limits while eating the way I am. But it feels great to get outside.
 
I think I’ll add this walk/hike into my weekly routine going forward.
